These Terms of Service (“Terms”) regulate your access to and use of greatsedus.com (the “Site”) as well as all collectible figure products, pre-order services, and related offerings provided by greatsedus (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

1. Eligibility and Site Use

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site and purchase collectible products. By accessing the Site, you represent and warrant that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

You agree to use the Site solely for lawful, personal shopping and collection purposes. You may not engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the functionality of the Site, its servers, or its security systems, including automated bulk ordering or bot-assisted pre-order submissions.

2. Account Responsibilities

If you register a user account, you are fully responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. You accept liability for all actions and transactions conducted under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts at our sole discretion if they violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or conduct behavior that harms our business, other customers, or third-party rights.

3. Ordering, Pre-Orders and Payment

When you submit an order, you confirm that all shipping, billing, and contact information provided is current, complete, and accurate. Upon placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

For pre-order items, full payment is charged at checkout to reserve your unit. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Sales tax, import fees, and additional charges may apply where required by law. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders in the event of stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Product Information and Disclaimers

We make every effort to present accurate product details, including sculpt specifications, paint samples, and size measurements. However, all collectible figures are hand-finished to some degree, and minor variations in paint application, sculpt detail, and finish are inherent to the production process and do not constitute defects. We do not warrant that product descriptions, promotional images, or other site content are entirely complete, accurate, or error-free. On-screen colors and visual presentation may differ slightly from the physical product due to individual monitor settings.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and assets on the Site — including product designs, sculpts, promotional imagery, logos, text, website code, and licensed character assets — are the exclusive property of greatsedus or its authorized licensors, and are protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or use any of the above for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission. Unauthorized recasting, replication, or resale of our figure designs is strictly prohibited.

6. Privacy Policy

Our collection and processing of your personal information is governed by the greatsedus Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to all data practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.

7. User Conduct Rules

You agree that you will not:

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, greatsedus and its affiliated parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site, purchase of products, or participation in pre-order programs, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification
